Back office furniture creates structure and organisation behind the library service desk. With practical storage and modular solutions, library staff can keep equipment, documents and work materials organised while maintaining an efficient workspace.
Back office furniture helps maintain order and organisation behind library service desks. Proper storage for documents, technology and work materials improves efficiency while keeping the workspace tidy and professional.
The back office system from BK Library Interiors is based on a modular concept with three standard widths: 400, 600 and 800 mm. The modules can be combined in many different ways to create customised workstations.
The system includes four base units: cabinet with one door, cabinet with one door and one drawer, drawer unit with three drawers and drawer unit with four drawers.
Back office furniture can be equipped with accessories such as locks, electrical outlets and customised fittings. Optional back panels and additional features allow the system to be tailored to different library environments.
Worktops are produced in laminated chipboard while the structure and back panels are made from melamine-coated boards. Fronts and side panels can be customised in different colours and materials.
A well-designed back office area supports efficient workflows and improves organisation behind the library service desk, helping staff work more effectively.
